easy-apply, single component moisture barrier and primer.
It addresses moisture-related issues – up to 100% RH,
25 lbs. MVER, and pH of 14 – and primes the surface for an
underlayment or patch. Typical re-coat time is less than
an hour, allowing for rapid turnaround.
